and one of the firmest advocates for the UK’s outstanding brands and expertise anywhere in the world.
Britain will need to develop a new mindset towards its place on the global stage, not only through
trade, but through our relationships and networks in all parts of the world. The British Brands Awards
in conjunction with Power 100 will bring together our greatest and highest achieving individuals and
organizations and utilize their networks and scale of influence to promote British excellence and
achievement as part of a new global campaign.
The Great British Brands Awards will have a number of key objectives including;
i) To recognize the most influential brands in UK global excellence by bringing together the highest
achieving individuals and organizations from across Britain.
ii) To raise standards by highlighting those brands who have adopted best practice and provided a
benchmark for the rest of their sector to follow.
iii) To utilize the scale of influence of each British Brands Power 100 finalist to promote British
skills excellence and craftsmanship as part of a new global campaign to attract inward investment
into the UK and brand uptake internationally.
